A BIT ABOUT ME

Your Body, the Way You Want It

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients. My goal has always been to help as many people as possible on their health and fitness journeys. I want to support my clients to realise the eminently achievable goal of significantly lowered body fat and pleasing muscle shape and definition, and I want to spread the word that you can reach these goals by working out smart and hard and introducing healthy eating habits. Although meeting your goals will require hard-work, I believe it is not all about compromise but more about having a balance between work and play!
